After setting up camp our first order of business after eating lunch was to find water. A friend of mine told me of a spring nearby. Unfortunately, he wasn’t here and we couldn’t find it.
I wasn’t too worried because the map showed two creeks and a river not much more than a mile away. We were going to check out that area anyway.
