Wawona Point

Wawona Point, Yosemite National Park

Wawona Point is little known point located approximately 3.5 miles from the parking lot of the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. From an elevation of 6,810' you are presented with a bird's-eye view of Wawona. The next 8 pages describe a snowshoe trip I took in February of 2002.
